Dr. Neil Ghodadra, MD

Dr. Neil Ghodadra, MD is a renowned Orthopedic Surgeon in California who serves on the California board of The Arthritis Foundation. Dr. Ghodadra is fellowship trained in Shoulder and Sports Medicine Surgery and has a particular interest in taking care of athletes. Dr. Ghodadra was a team physician for the Chicago Bulls (NBA) and Chicago White Sox (MLB). He also served as team physician for multiple semi-professional, university and high school teams in football, hockey and gymnastics.

Dr. Ghodadra is serving as the Chief Medical Officer for Doc's Drinks™ and has formulated our innovative, functional dietary supplement drinks along with our founder, Jackie Wonder, and a tenured team of beverage scientists. Dr. Ghodadra's unique background includes extensive training and expertise in cartilage restoration of the knee and joint preserving osteotomies, as well as treatment of complex shoulder conditions. Dr. Ghodadra is well known for his surgical skill and his devotion to teaching and innovation in orthopedic surgery. He is an expert on joint care and has authored over 65 medical textbook chapters and journal articles. Dr. Ghodadra is also a correspondent on the NFL network as it relates to sports injuries of NFL players. Dr. Robin Ray, MD

Dr. Ray did his undergraduate work at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. He received his doctor of medicine degree from the Duke University School of Medicine in Durham, North Carolina. Dr. Ray served as chief resident during his ophthalmology residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He completed his two-year fellowship in vitreoretinal surgery and disease at Emory Eye Center in Atlanta, Georgia.

Dr. Ray is a board certified ophthalmologist and is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Retina Specialists. Dr. Ray’s practice focuses on the medical and surgical treatment of retina disease including diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, retinal detachment, trauma, uveitis, and retinal vascular disease. 

Dr. Elizabeth Nesmith, MD

Dr. Nesmith was born and raised in Northwest Indiana. After completing her undergraduate and medical degrees at Indiana University, she moved to Atlanta in 2005 to attend Emory University for residency in Internal Medicine. During residency, she met her husband, Dr. Greg Nesmith, and together they decided to make Marietta, Georgia their permanent home where they are raising their two sons. She became Board Certified in Internal medicine in 2008 and joined the Kaufmann Clinic in 2010. She has a special expertise in the treatment of patients with diabetes.

Dr. Greg Nesmith, MD

Dr. Nesmith received his B.S. in biology from the University of South Florida in Tampa and received his medical degree from the University of South Florida School of Medicine. He completed both his residency in internal medicine and his fellowship in gastroenterology at the Emory University School of Medicine, where he served as Chief Fellow in gastroenterology.

He has made several presentations at conferences for the American College of Gastroenterology and during Digestive Disease Week, and has co-authored research on screening colonoscopies and the liver. Dr. Nesmith joined Atlanta Gastroenterology Associates in 2008.

Dr. Renee Dua, MD

Dr. Renee Dua is an accomplished physician in private practice in Northridge, California. She is Board certified in nephrology, hypertension and internal medicine and has served as Chief of Medicine at two hospitals. Not yet 40, Dr. Dua is also an instructor at UCLA medical center. Dr. Dua has a thriving clinical practice as well as partakes in clinical research involving anemia, vitamin replacement therapy and electrolyte disturbancess.

Dr. Dua has a holistic view of wellness, immunity and healing. She practices what she preaches and is a huge fan of immunity-boosting drinks. Her input is valued on all of Doc's Drinks™ functional dietary supplement drinks and is of particular value on the Immune Wonder™ line of drinks. She regularly has fresh vegetable juices she prepares herself. She is also a mom to twins and knows how important health is to working mothers.

Mrs. Katie Adkisson, Pharm.D.

Kathleen Adkisson, Pharm.D. is a brilliant pharmacist educated at The University of Georgia pharmacy school where she graduated with a 3.9 GPA. Katie, as she is known, is currently serving as a pharmacist for the world renowned rehabilitation hospital, The Shepherd Center in Atlanta, Georgia. Katie interacts with patients on a personal level developing trusting relationships and places great interest in counseling them on prescription and non-prescription medications to assure safe and effective use. She is a valuable advisor to Doc's Drinks™ as we evaluate our ingredients.

Katie brings a great perspective into what working Mom's need and expect from dietary supplements. She knows the in's and out's of the OTC department at retail having served previously as a pharmacist for Target Corporation.

Katie is wife to John, and mother to three active sons, Eli, Grant, Beau and new baby daughter, Lila. When she is not working as a pharmacist at the Shepherd Center, she can be found cheering on her boys at the baseball, lacrosse, or soccer fields, volunteering at their schools, or running with her father. She also volunteers in fundraising for the annual Habitat Road Race 5K to raise donations to build a Habitat for Humanity home each year in Cobb County, Georgia.
